Product disclaimer

Our bouquets are handcrafted from pipe cleaners, so each piece may vary slightly in color, shape, and size. All product photos and information are for reference only. These items are intended for decorative use and are not toys. Please keep bouquets away from small children and pets to avoid choking hazards or damage.

Orders ship within 5-10 business days via tracked first class mail.
U.S. shipping is a flat $6; orders over $100 ship free.
Canada shipping is a flat $15, regardless of order size.
Each bouquet is wrapped in tissue and packed in a sturdy box to arrive in perfect shape.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase to get a full refund. After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your bouquet arrives damaged or defective, please provide clear proof within 5 days of delivery.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. If the order consists of multiple items, only the affected item(s) will be replaced, not the entire order.
Post-Delivery Policy: We do not accept returns for personal preference, change of mind, minor variations in the product, or if the damage is caused by the customer. Once the product is delivered, responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer.
Refund Processing: Refunds and replacements are not accepted unless there is an error on our part. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
